Tom Coombs MA (Oxon) Msc studied Human Sciences at Oxford University, and Ergonomics at Loughborough university. He has worked as a human-centred designer of technology products in the financial services industry on Wall St, and in the City in London. His MSc thesis project was conducted in conjunction with the product design agency, IDEO. He now acts as an independent human factors consultant, specialising in customer research and interaction design, for clients such as Xerox and Opodo.
